Have you noticed much yet from the patch? I'm about to see if I can get on... something. The patch or a targeted cream most likely.

The patch has been great -- I am on one of the lowest doses of Estradiol (0.037 MG) and it has eliminated about 80% of hot flashes. (I still get them like, once a week, so I also take magnesium.)

But what's better is that it has stopped my brain fog.

LOL samsies. I find putting it on my front hip versus my butt makes it easier to hide.
